The farm, which covers about 74 hectares, is conducted by more than five years according to the method of organic farming according to the reg. CEE 2092/91. The crops are wheat, olives, almonds, grapes, chick peas, grass pea, black lentils, saffron, a small orchard and vegetable garden.
